BAD SERVICE - JUST TAKE MONEY WITHOUT ASKING

I have had 3 loans with Moneystar. the first one was paid up in full with no problems. The second was paid and the third i ran into arrears so made arrangments. In November 2012 i asked for a statement because apparently they do not send you statements unless you ask for them nor do they post anything. According to the statements received the first two loans were zero balance. the last one was in arrears for R2904. I made an arrange to pay that in two instalments. the final instalment went off in February which was agreed upon as R1600 but R1611 was taken from my account - not the agreed payment. They also took off 3 other amounts totalling about R2200. i phoned and asked why and was told they would phone me back. to this day i have never received the call back so i went and reversed the extra amount except for the agreed amount R1600. I get an sms on Saturday saying i broke the agreement and that my account is being handed over to legal. when i phoned today now suddenly i have outstanding amounts in the last two loans which when the arrangments were made i was told that the accounts would be finalised. Nobody there seems to want to give me an explanation. UNACCEPTABLE
