I had been out of the country and i received a account for Dr DS Patel at Alberlito hospital,
when i returned from my trip i received the account stating that i would be handed over to debt collectors.

i settled the account immediately but then stated receiving these vague sms messages which i honestly thought was spam as it had no detail about the nature of the account or amount and states that i should phone them if i wanted more information.

the sms messages kept coming through so i agreed to phone them a rude arrogant terror Melba Captieux, told me that NO amount had been recieved and that i KNOW the account had been handed over to them, i told her to lower her tone with me and i emailed the proof of payment.

it was quickly dismissed when a partial amount was still outstanding, i replied to her email saying that i am sorry but i had paid the amount on the Dr bill to which this RUDE obnoxious woman replied i was aware of etc.

there attitude is appalling and if you are going to use mass media to try and inform people about debt then you should make sure it does not come across as SPAM!

if this continues i will have to file a claim for duress and intimidation
