I undertook a savings policy with Clientele in 2011 and promised to receive the documentations regarding the policy within 30 days till today 13.02.2013 no documentations were received.

I have called the company numerous times and every individual has promise to log a query with the mailing department to send the documents through but nothing was received

On the 02.11.2012 spoke to a manager by the name of Jay who promised to send the documentation but still nothing

Today I called the company again to cancel my policy with them, as I am not sure what I am paying for, spoke to a consultant Thabo Bogopane who assisted in cancelling the policy

But why must I pay the penalty fee if the company didn't keep to their words/end of the bargain

it's not fair if the premiums went through religiously to their account, but I have to suffer to their inconvenience/incompetence
