Throughout the month I called in to ask if there was a policy in place, but a certain gentlemen confirmed that because I did not receive any documents there is nothing in place.
Then on the 28th of June 2013, a debt went through of R50.00 from Clientele, with a Ref No: AZ999185 1306R, I called in and they said I have to draft a cancellation letter in which I told them but how it so, because I wasn't a member, but they said that I have to draft a letter, in which I did and send it on the 1st of July 2013, to [URL Removed]
They replied on the 16th to stay that they apologise to late reply but will see that the matter is laid to rest.
On the 27th of July 2013 a second transaction went through from clientele of R55.00, with a Ref No: AZ999185 1307R.
I called in today; spoke to Nancy and at first she said there was no record of my policy, nor reference number or anything that had my details on, and that I will not be reimbursed my money, even if the cancelation was in place way before.
Please assist peter as I feel that Clientele is misused my information for their own benefit
