No comunication in 5years!!! an to be blacklisted!

To whom it may concern

this is a formal complaint to the branch at nedbank in claremont where i took an account with in 2008 i requested for that account to be closed long ago the gentle men who opened the account with advised me that it was closed an that i do not owe anything i stopped all debits to that account at the branch i can not want to be charged for debit orders that have been going off on a account that supose to be closed.years ago yesterday, i recieve a letter stating that owe an amount of R3043.54, after all this years with no communication with me! i am now told that i will be blacklisted by your sterling debt recoveries (pty) the letter is dated 5 july 2013, sent from joburg to cape town, i recieved it on the 22.07.2013, an according to the letter if payment is not made i get blacklisted.within 10 ten days of recieving it? its overdue already an i only recieved notification now
this is beyond perthetic, i have been miss informed not comunicate with for more than 5years??? i do not bank with nedbank because the service is so there, i want someone to call me back with feed back if my name gets blcklisted i will take this matter so much further!!
