CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BUT STILL BEING CHARGED

I closed my account last year around about September. Last month I received a sms saying please call the sherriff to prevent the removing of your valuables. When I called the number stressing the call gets answered as thank you for calling Nedbank. Only to be told that I owe them R1767.82 at that time. According to them it's bank charges etc evn though I closed my account. Because they haven't done their jobs properly I must pay this to them and I refuse. According to them they need proof that the account was closed what proof I know I closed my account as I was tired of them my money each and every month. Nedbank are a bunch of and they need to clear this so called amount they say I owe them and still give me a letter of apology. They are telling me I must now go into the branch to close my account again but I must still make an arrangement to pay the outstanding amount, well I have news for them. Also another thing I am being charged for is a debit order being returned that is also not my problem I closed the account. You need to sort out your staff and get your facts right.
