Poor Customer Service

Hi

I am a member and Im not happy with the service. I had an issue which I gave to scorpion to resolve but even today nothing has happen. I called and called several times and complained about but no feeback even today. All I get is that my matter was closed but without me knowing about it and any positive feedback. I have been waiting 3 years nou for this issue to be resolved. Till today my Cellphone has been lost and not repaired or replaced. Some cellphone shop called the cell in sunnyside and scorpion has not defendend my rights.
