Reopened my closed check account without my say so

My name is Lindiwe Nhlapho, was an cheque account holder at nedbank in 2012 for a few months. I closed my account at Harrismith Branch December 2012. Lates laste year (2013), I went to a branch in cape town, withdraw money in my just save account i did not close when i closed the cheque account. i was shocked to find out that my cheque account was still active and that i owed some money. i immediately called the Harrismith, i was assured that the account was closed. Now yesterday i recieved an e-mail from Nedbank Retail Recoveries, and when i called i was told i owe R1400 from my cheque account. I am so upset, annoyed and disappointed with that fact that, i closed the account and this Luyanda Person at the head office had the audacity to open re-open my account without even telling me about it. i closed the account almost two years ago for a reason, and i want it closed today still. The service at Nedbank is disgusting, i mean how had is it to close an account, head office must sort this out today! if not im a gonna take it to ambudsman, to the media to report it.i'll tel what a pathetic and useless bank nedbank, a bunch of, and too. what Luyanda did is ILLEGAL!!
