Qualify Discount Not Real

I am not mad, just confused when I joined FNB I was told I will receive 5000 (joining Bonus) points that would put me on level 1 and I will receive the discount of level 1 which is 5%? I did phone FNB and spoke to the Ebucks department I was told once again that I Will Receive discount level 1 as my Joining Bonus Now I am level 1 but no discount and now I have to wait 6 months and receive 300 Ebuks every moth to qualify? If I do qualify for the Joining Booster Bonus the additional 12000 points that will come in 3 months how would I receive it if I have to earn eB 300 a month for 6 months? I would like to receive my discount level 1 as I was promised! I also filled my car at a Engine received no eB but I received for the airtime I bought? How does that work? I did mail Ebucks but got no reply? I would like to get the Ebucks I deserve and be on my discount level I was told I would be on
