AMP Claim rejected

When I bought my car from a dealer in May 2012, sales guys sells this AMP warranty to me, Saying it will give me Piece of Mind knowing I do have a warranty on the car should something break in the next 2 years, Paid for it R 5 999 (Paid back over 5 years so actually much more). So came the time to claim from this mirage warrant that was sold 2 me... In Sept 2012 car blow welsh plugs, Car went in for repairs and AMP rejected the claim, saying they do not cover welsh plugs. So had to get R 4 895 to get my car running again. In May 2013 car blows Engine Management System due to electrical shortage, Service manager at Mazda phones AMP to put in claim, again the claim is rejected (I do not know based on what reason) another R 5 000.00 from my own pocket. In the AMP book it says Part Covered: Management System - ECU for engine and transmission.. People stay away from these guys, they just decline all claims without any reason where it states the part is covered. They are very quick to take their money if the warranty is sold and also very quick to decline claim. I mailed the claims department at AMP and Zanele at Hollard on 12/06/2013 asking contact details to lodge a complaint, no resp
