More than a year ago I took out insurance on 3 cellphones through Edgars whom works through Finrite whom is a subsiduary of Hollard insurance. I have not once missed a payment.
Now that my cellphone has been and I have all the Police affidavids and case numbers in order, I am being told that I don not have the right insurance for my phone, and therefore my claim is being rejected?
When I took out my insurance I was told that it was comprehensive and would be covered. It was never brought under my attention that a special insurance must be taken out for.
I feel that this is a breach of contract if my claim is rejected.
This is absolutely poor insurance if they expect "comprehensive" not to include, and not notifying their customers of this?
