Selling Car Damaged

Cars & Transport

I bought a car from Volvo Hatfield last year June a Opel Corsa OPC with an 2 year extra warranty on the car. In the first 3 weeks of the car i got problems with the wheel bearing. Went back to the dealer. With the exstra warranty i can claim. So i claimed for the wheel bearing and it was fixed. After 4 months the cars gearbox started to give problems. I went to GM and they said i must go to the Volvo dealer because the fly wheel in the gearbox was not a genuine part, so i can not claim from my warranty because it must be genuine part. After i want back to Volvo it came out the sold me a car with not genuine parts and claim for other stuff. The sold me a car with non-genuine part and a warranty where there was already been claims. The quote for the gearbox and clutch was R54 000. We come to a agreement that they will pay R14 000 and a new warranty and will follow up.

At this moment i didn't receive my new warranty at all the are not coming back to me or answering any of my calls. I think they must pay the full R54 000 and new warranty or replace the car because i am still car less.
