Claim rejected due to water damage

Hi

I have got an extended warranty that i took with Absa /Motorite..now My car is currently with VW dealership, since Monday, i was informed that the 4 coils need to be replaced at a cost of R3800, i therefore asked VW to submit the claim with ABSA/Motorite on 16/01/2013, i was informed that my claim was rejected because the coils were water damaged.. I informed Motorite that it has been raining heavily at our area in limpopo for the past 5 days, but still nobody wants to listen, funny enough i got the lower plan with Hollard Xtender, the same claim was accepted and authorised immediately for R2500, now i have to pay the R1300.. from my pocket..Because Motorite thinks its my fault, can i literally damage my Car just for the sake of claiming?

1. i think the reason i am getting from Motorite .., 2. Water or no water my car is mechanically affected. So pay.

BY THE WAY THANKS TO HOLLARD mOTORXTENDER FOR HONOURING YOUR PART.. i will eventually upgrade to the higher option...
