Misleading in order to reject claim

I have a Maxi-Cruise top of the range Motorextender product from Hollard for my Mercedes ML500 which I have had for some time now with the only claim being for a service so far. There was a problem with the alternator and Mercedes diagnosed that it was broken and had to be replaced at a cost of around R10 000, I opted to take it to a Bosch service center to repair instead as it would be cheaper and the plan does not cover the full R10 000.

Bosch called Hollard to claim this and the claim was rejected. I called Hollard and spoke to Kyle who was rude and said this was not the place to make a complaint and also that he had a recording of the call which shows that the part was not broken and therefore not covered. i asked him to send me the call recording which he first refused to and after I said that what was the point of telling me that he had the recording if i couldnt get it, he then sent it. After listenting to it, in my personal opinion the call recording indicates that Kyle manipulated the query from the receptionist so that Hollard could reject the claim. He also misled the receptionist to believe that the CAR had to break down due to the part for the part to be covered
