Change of Cover without Consent

Hi

I lodged a claim with hollard about 4 weeks ago for my sound system. Then I was phoned by a lady from a company called exiliti who said it was on behalf of Hollard. a coupla weeks later they called and told me my claim had been rejected, and explained why, which was a reason I was completely satisfied with. A day later an assessor calls and wants to the car, in my mind I'm thinking how was the claim rejected by these axiliti people before they had assessed the vehicle. the assessor took photos of my car and now I am being told that because of paint scratches on the bumper they are reducing my cover to a 3rd party with or without my consent and they didn't even discuss how this would affect my premiums. what is this nonsense and who are these exiliti people and why am I dealing with them? I am so dissapointed with Hollard, Ive held them at such high regard till now.
