Standard Bank Insurance Brokers supposed to specify what i am covered for; i am now paying you monthly and when i put in a claim i am told i am not covered due to the structure not being within the building regulations; surely the assessor was supposed to have done his job at the beginning of the process as i am not a builder and therefore would not be able to tell if the structure is within the rules of the building regulation.
