Third party claim nightmare

It's been over three months since someone backed up into my parked car and I am still trying to get the claim paid out to fix it.

Telesure's systems were down half of the time I phoned, so they couldn't help me.

They finally let me go to their assessor (during working hours) and upon completion of the assessment, I was not given a hard or soft copy of their findings. When they finally sent me a Limited Release form, the amount they wanted to pay me out was probably less than half of what it would cost to fix it, still without a copy of the assessment or the details of who they use to do auto repairs. I asked for it again but they couldn't help me and told me to phone the assessor myself. I did twice, all I got was hold music and then the call was cut.
I have now done what I should have done in the first place and gone through my own insurers to sort this out. They are also struggling and I am still waiting.

They should reconsider their slogan of "Consider it done."
