BOND INSURANCE EXCLUSION RIP OFF!

We are doing maintainance as is compulsary with this insurance co and had a painter step on the roof at the wrong place and fell through tiles and ceiling- thankfully not badly hurt!
Maintainance is compulsary to honour the policy.
However, STANDARD BANK INSURANCE CO does NOT cover accidental damage to structure!
SO, THE BANK WE THOUGHT SAFELY INSURED OUR HOME HAS EXCLUSION CLAUSES TO AVOID PAYING THE REPAIR.
