No refund or response from SBIB

Standard Bank Insurance Brokers (SBIB) have been my homeowners insurance provider for many years. I also have been a Standard Bank client for about 30 years. All this means nothing to SBIB. They incorrectly ran an old debit order on my account for two months, and now dont even acknowledge my complaint, have not responded. I dont hear a word, and I certainly don't get my refund. I am now proceeding the formal route. This is not the first time I have had problems with SBIB. Every claim I have ever had with them has also been a huge issue and a nightmare to deal with. My 10 cents worth to all you out there is to avoid them. Don't give yourself endless headaches and sleepless nights. There is no such thing as customer service there. I am actually surprised they are still in business, given that there are other providers out there who with their eyes closed can do a better job.
