Why pay Structure Insurance

I have been financed by Standard Bank for a home loan and took the Structure Insurance with them for the past 3 years. I claimed as the screws to my roofs were loose and my claim was declined. That was 2 years ago. Now i have claimed during the hail/storm that took place the first/second week of january. My claim number with SIL is 12/093362. Today i receive a voice message that my claim has been rejected.

Why should i be so loyal by being up to date with my premiums and whenever i claim my claim gets rejected. My kitchen cupboards due to the storms are in bad condition.

I demand a detailed written rejection letter and i promise to take my business elsewhere as i'm being treated like a trash.
