Worst Customer Service!!!

Hi There,

I have tried and tried to get hold of ANYONE in the MFC customer Service with a major complaint i have been calling insistantly and am put on hold each time for afreound 30min each time!!! while on hold for the last 30min they advise you can send them an email and the'll get back to you within 1 working day- what a load of pooh iv sent in countless emails to thier [Email Removed] with no reply at all.

I have emailed you the documentation you requeste showing i already have comprehensive insurance on my vehicle and now because you're systems dont work or your emplyed cheap labour incometemt staff you have added another R300-00 to my finance amount becuase you "Claim to not have recoived my emails???

Sort this out, and pay me back the money you have form me, else this WILL GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN and i will tell eveyone i know in the motor industry what terrible servise you give our clients!
