NO ANSWER ON CUSTOMER CARE LINE OR EMAIL

I am an existing customer of MFC. I have financed my vehicle through them for a few years now. I am in the process of potentially purchasing a new vehicle, and being a loyal customer I wanted to continue my finance through MFC.

Yesterday, Monday 24th June I called the customer care line to speak with a consultant in the vehicle finance department. I was kept waiting on the phone for 15 minutes before I eventually put down. However whilst I waited, the voice prompt advised that I could email my request to their customer care email address and I would receive feedback within 1 business day. A day has passed and I have heard NOTHING. I have tried calling the customer care line again - and again I was kept waiting for minutes on end. To date I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of ANYONE at MFC to discuss my request.

I have followed up with another email to MFC demanding a response before the close of business today. I'm not going to hold my breath on this one... I am so furious that I have just about made up my mind to not have MFC handle my vehicle finance going forward. Why should I? They are clearly not interested in my business, or don't need it.
