Adding Additional Finance Charges to my loan??

I have been trying to get hold of someone at the call centre that could assist me, but I have been on hold for the last 30 MINUTES!!
Yesterday I received a statement with a new account number and an "initial finance charges" sum of almost R45 000!!??
What the is this amount and where does it come from?
I have sent an email to their call centre as a last resort (still no reply...) asking them to urgently call me to discuss this "Initial Finance Charges"
To add insult to injury - the MFC website links "please call me" and "contact us" does NOT work!!!
This is seriously PATHETIC!
