I have been calling the customer care line (0860879900) from 1:45pm till 3:30pm (now), I hear my calls being picked up and put back on hold constantly. This is disgusting!!! I am a customer trying to gain information but it seems like no one works there. Why is it always an issue to get hold of someone there? Every time I request specific information, I am never given it. I am in the process of purchasing another car and wanted to finance via you guys again but since I can't get hold of anyone, I guess a competitor might offer me their time! I joined MFC because Jenny Da Silver was one of your most amazing consultants. Wish I could say the same for the rest!
