Balance more after MFC new statemants

This is the worst finance we ever had. After MFC has changed to there new statements my balance increased by about R3000!!! Why? If you phone them you have to hold for 30min. I'm at work and I get billed for these phone calls. We financed 3 cars with MFC but I will never again use them. This is!!!
