BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM MFC!!!

This is the second complaint I am posting with regards to this finance corporation. I have been trying to get hold of someone at MFC to change my bank details for my debit orders going forward. I have been dealing with Mohamed Hoorzook (who is the customer relations officer that called me after my last complaint of not being able to get hold of the call centre) I emailed him requesting my bank details be changed. He then instructed me to call the call centre to do so. I advised him that I was not prepared to wait for minutes and minutes on end for someone to hopefully answer my call and that he needed to arrange for these details to be amended. Mohamed returned my email with the instruction to [Email Removed] to have my details changed. This was the 6th Aug. I still have heard nothing. I follow up with an email today only to get an automated response advising he will be out of office until the 15th August!!! I relentlessly called the call centre and what do you know?! NO ANSWER!! HANGING ON THE LINE FOR OVER 10 MINUTES!! WHATS YOUR EXCUSE THIS TIME? I am mortified at the shocking service (or lack thereof in fact) that I have received! I will never finance a thing through MFC again!
