My Nedbank Personal loan was double deducted. I phoned and I was told that I need to send in my proof of payment and there will be a period of 24 - 48 h before the money is back into my account. on Monday 01 July 2013 I faxed through my Proof of Payment. Later that afternoon I phoned to ask if the fax was received - first strike to bad service - and the woman I was suppose to speak to was not available. Long story short, I have phoned Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as well as Friday (today) not once was Charlene available or has Charlene done the effort of phoning me back as I have requested, not once was I asked if they can phone me back so that the issue can be resolved. So now i have to hang on the line for 10min or longer. I have had enough of Nedbank thanks to this extremely bad service. After 4 years of being with the same bank I have moved to a better bank that places their consumers first!
