Took money from my bank account not due to them

My monthly amount to iburst is R198.00 which I have been paying into their Nedbank account for the last 5-6months as there is always a problem with payments. My Statement showed an amount of R198.00 in arrears which they claimed I didnt pay in Feb 2012 (e-mailed proof of this on several occasions) come my statement for September payment due 1st October 2013 they now show an arrears amount of R198.00 on 30 days now the arrears on 120 days disapeared. On Friday 4 october I drew a bank statement which shows that on the 2nd of Oct 2013 they took an amount of R765.00 from my bank account. Tried to phone the Saturday, they don't work.
Went to the Bank Monday 7 October to do a stop payment, the bank phoned me monday afternoon to tell me they
cannot reverse the payment. I phoned iburst, first they tell me they had a system error somebody should have
contacted me to tell me about the deduction. No joy! Phoned a second time the lady puts the phone down in my ear. Phoned a 3and 4th time still no joy cant speak to any supervisor as they are all unavailable. Will only refund me R567.00. Today 8 Oct still no money in my account phoned again same story, phone put down again. not got 1 apology
