No Feedback about Money Owed to Me

I mistakenly paid money in old paid off Nedbank settlement account via atm machine more than a week ago instead of money into my Nedbank Credit Card. I dicovered this Tuesday 2 Apr via Bank Statement. I contacted Nedbank personal loan department Desire and she said yes she confirms on account and I needs to send proof via fax with ref nr. So I did and Thursday after 2 days still no feedback or refund. I phoned and spoke to John and he said I had wrong ref nr and I faxed it again. And Friday I spoked to Leigh and He said they still awaits for my fax. I have proof that my various faxes went through succesfully and still awaits for feedback and my refund. Please assist.
