Utter INCOMPETANCE

Took out personal loan last year for my wedding. Never missed payment. Recently I opened a FNB account. Transfered money for my loan debitorder by accident to my nedbank cheque account instead of my nedbank savings account from which my homeloan and vodacom debitorders are deducted. So this person phone me and asked me what is wrong?? When am I paying my loan?? Rudeness defined. Explained what happened and that I'll quickly do an EFT.Ask him for banking details, I do the EFT, wrong acc nr, BUT THE MONEY WENT OFF - gone! Even received proof of payment? Phone back nedbank personal loans, explains the situation, this other first response is "So when are you going to pay your loan"? REALLY? Explains again. Ask him to see where the money went and get me a settlement amount so I can use my bonus to settle this loan and run as fast an far away from nedbank as possible and also to please trace my payment and make sure it is paid. No sure, I must FAX the proof of payment. NOT MAIL it - too technologically advanced for this character. Finally got an email adress and I mailed it. This clown didnt phone back, money deducted again from account, now vodacom didn't go off?! Save a nation! Unbefreakinlievable.
