My Nedbank Account was Double Debited for My Nedbank Personal Loan. This was done in error on the pretense that I had agreed in May to allow a double debit order on my account as it was also thought that the Personal Loan account was not up to date. The reality and fact is that my account was up to date and the agreement in May was made in May 2012 when my account was not up to date. I then requested a call back on Friday 28 June so that this could be corrected. I did not recieve a call back and am still waiting a callback, even after phoning on Wednesday 3 July or Thursday 4 July I still have not gotten satisfaction on a Refund from a Nedbank Account to A Nedbank account and have been messed around. I am going to be moving to FNB. If FNB does see this, please contact me back
