I paid an amount of R6000 over from my FNB cheque account to my Nedbank Credit card on 21 October 2013. On Thursday 24 Oct I realised that the amount is not reflecting on my Nedbank acc. I phoned NEDBANK (from my cellphone). This call cost me about R40!!! I received a REF from the customer service consultant: 65302988 for my complaint. I was told to fax the proof of payment through. I said that I do not have a fax machine and need a email address (Which she couldnt supply) I then had to drive 10km to my nearest branch (Clearwater mall) who were very helpful and they faxed it. On Sat 26 Oct I still didnt see the money in my acc and I phoned AGAIN!!! Just to be told that the REF number was for a balance enquiry and that the case was closed!!! Now I have to drive AGAIN to the branch to fax the proof of payment through. I dont have money in my bank... which I direly need and Nedbank just didnt attend to my complaint. Now I have to wait another 2 working days and for a week my money has been floating around. FNB confirmed that the payment went through. I have made a payment about 3 weeks ago and it went through. So the particulars on my Benificiaries are correct. PATHETIC!!!
