Loan declined but money still deducted

I applied for a personal loan, but was declined for the loan. And went to Nedbank where my loan was approved.
Appr 4 years ago, I noticed money was being debited from my account for a Standard Bank loan. I queried the loan and monthly debit orders that were being deducted by Std Bank.
I was told that the loan was for a personal loan, I then told Std Bank that I was declined and asked them to investigate the loan and reimburse all the money that was deducted, since I suspected it was.
I spoke to Charlene and Frank from the Lenasia branch, on numerous occasions, in this matter. I also asked for the documents for the loan and requested for proof to which account the money was paid to.
A few months ago I was still querying this, without any joy or help from Std Bank.
This has put me under immense financial stress and pressure. To date (14 Dec 2013), I have not had any feedback from Std Bank. I would also like to make note that subsequent to this, R5, 000 was taken from my account, which resulted in me investigating my whole account and this is how I picked up that money was being deducted from my account for years. Please assist me. I've been with Std Bank for /- 34 yrs :-(
