I have been dealing with a consultant by the name of Heinrich. i dont know if his conduct is a true reflection of the company or its who he is. I have sent him endless emails, He has not responded to most of them. It means that I have phone him on his line, of which it's a mission to get through because its constantly busy (understandable) I then resort to email, given the circumstance its the best form of communication.

The passed 8 weeks have been tough on me. I have just lost a car that I have recently bought.
As a customer, I don't think Heinrich has shown any understanding, empathy, professionalism in this claim.

I was sent a form to fill in and send it back. I did so tight away and asked him to confirm that he has received it. As always he didn't respond to my email. I was told that I would get feedback within 10-14working days. As always no one has ever phoned me.

I just need this to be sorted out so that I can move on with my life. SA Underwritters will never hear from me again.
