Can't read a claim form

I was recently admitted to hospital after a injury sustained from falling down a flight of stairs, I know I have two policies. I was not sure which policy number to use for the hospital cash back so for reference and speedy claim processing I included both policy numbers as well as my ID #, clearly someone who handles the claims allocation cannot read a claim form correctly, as I had to phone for the 6th time for a follow up on my claim, just to hear that the claim was rejected on the wrong policy number! Even though every time I phoned I was promised someone was going to come back to me... Funny enough to date has not happened!! The claim was never registered on the correct policy number even though I included both on the claim form! It is now 12 days since submission, seeing that the consultant who I phoned told me that it takes 7-14 DAYS and not 7-14 WORKING DAYS, I expect that this claim will be finalized by the 28 th. Seeing that all the correct forms was submitted in time and to the correct email address, and that the fault clearly with AIG/Chartis Life.By looking at the complaints of AIG on Hello peter it clearly shows a trend of tardiness.
