I was in an accident and my way did handle the claim was handled professionally by the claim department and was impressed with their level of professionalism. Thereafter I called the legal department to get an understanding of their recovery processes and to my surprise and that of the lady who assisted me the lady by the name of Karen Ingram was supposed to have contacted me to let me know of the progress. Email was sent to her to contact me, left the matter for 2 weeks, didn't get any form of communication from her - decided to call and was put through to Lesedi, she was very helpful and professional - she sent and email to Karen while I was still on line (that's on record) still no call from Karen till today. Find this very shocking given the fact that I know the legal and recovery process and procedures. I fail to understand why I need to call and still not get any form of feedback whatsever.

Kindly note that I don't need to be pushing for feedback or update, it is expected from an insurance company to offer that. Will appreciate it if I can get some form of feedback.
