CBP Capitalisation fees

I am being debited by large fees called CBP capitalisation fees. I have no idea what this is for, was never informed about it and did not give authorisation for it. Please ensure this is reversed urgently. I have noticed many people complaining about this as well with no explanation or valid answer from ABSA. Please advise else will rather close my many accounts with ABSA and bank elsewhere...
