Submitted my cell phone at Vodacare and filled in the insurance form, and that form did not reach the insurance company and my phone was returned unrepaired, and had to physically go back to Vodacare to fill another form, and it's a month now without a phone.
I'm frustrated and disappointed because my service provider clearly doesn't have empathy. To get feedback is a mission as I have to call different lines and no one will give me a clear answer.
