Bad service and experience from cell c yet again

My phone got damaged on the 16/06/2013. I've taken it in to be send for repairs at Hemingways East London on the 17/06/2013. Zikhona assisted me, and I asked her to give me an incident form that I can fill in. I've submitted the incident form with the Repair request form. I received a sms from Cell C on the 27/06/2013 with a quote that I need to accept or reject. I phoned C cover on the 28/06/2013 and spoke to Johannes that told me they haven't received the incident form. He then told me that he will request the form from the branch and keep me up to date with the progress. He didn't come back to me so I phoned him on the 02/07/2013 and he told me that Cell C Hemingways haven't send through the form as yet. I asked him to mail me the form and I completed it again on the 02/07/2013. I phoned on the 04/07/2013 and they told me that they received my form but it will take between 24 and 48 hours to the claim. I phoned again today because this is now 21 days later and again they told me that it will take between 24 and 48 hours to. I feel Cell C is waisting my time because I am now paying for internet and bbm services that I don't use. I need my phone back!!
