About 6 weeks ago i signed up with Tumelo, at our local mtn store, for a contract for a work phone, and was informed that i would receive feedback withing a week. A month passed by without receiving any feedback, so i emailed them to inquire as to the delay. I received an email back from a Cealan Fortuin who informed me that she will follow up on the issue for me. Another 2 weeks passed without any feedback, so i decided to send another email. It has been 4 days since my last email, and true to their form, still no reply. The real kicker is that i submitted certain documents to them that i received from my company, and which i require in order for me to sign up with another service provider. These documents were signed off at various levels in the company and is not easily replaceable.
