Lost vehicle deal due to lack of information

On Saturday 27.07.2013 Heinrich informed Michael that he will get the car by Tuesday 30.07.2013. He (Heinrich) is waiting for African Bank to approve the loan.

Monday 28/7 Michael arrange for insurance and phone Heinrich to find our if all is well. Heinrich assured him everything is in order and the same thing happen on Tuesday. I've got involved this morning just to find out that this specific vehicle was sold on Sunday at 13:00.

This is not the way to conduct business and obviously they got away with this previously as they got a bit deffensive i.s.o. apologising for their lack of business ethics.

The worst part of this is that I was referring my collegues to them - big mistake.

This is not to badmouth Kolev Motors but if you want to buy a car from them - take your deposit with you as their sales people "conveniently" forget to mention important information.

Yet, another bad experience and the customer gets the short end of the stick again.
