I wanted to do a repurchase on my Unit trusts. I have sent my docs more than two weeks ago but had no response. I simply phoned to enquire on the progress and to make sure they received my form. I was unsure of how to fill in the form and she got very impatient and accused me of shouting at her. I asked to speak to her manager. She refused to transfer me. She also refused to give me her name and kept saying she gave it to me at the beginning of the call and refused to give it to me again. I asked to be transferred to someone else but was put on hold for ten minutes and no one picked up. I phoned back and got through to Luyanda Masimong who was very helpful and was able to assist me.

It is unnecessary for consultants to speak to customers like that, especially if your business is paying their salaries
