Bad service and lack of customer servic skills

I first called on Monday 6 January 2014 to make enquire about the debit order for maintainance plan not going through, I was requested to leave my contact number for the finance section to call me with the answers. I waited for the whole week but nobody called me, the I called again yesterday to enquire about the matter then a lady by the name of Thembi asked for my identity details I gave her the info then she put me on hold then transferred me without informing me where is she transferring me, nobody answered at the transferred extension and she didn't get back to me I had to end the call. I called again a different person answered then I asked to speak to the manager then he asked me to hold then after few minutes he asked me to leave my number for the manager to call me, as time goes by I realised that no one is gonna call me then I called again, finally I was put through to the supervisor who didn't want to hear me out and she didn't bother to apologise. She transferred me to Thabo who sent me the forms to fill in my bank details, I have sent back the form through email but he didn't acknowledge that he received it.
