You apparently don't receive repurchase requests via email, yet I get confirmation that you do.
You never get back to me regarding issues with a repurchase request - I need to phone Stanlib to chase a repurchase request only to hear THEN there are issues. Why can't someone phone me sooner so we can get things sorted sooner!
A repurchase into an account that I have done before all of a sudden isn't possible, and the fault is mine apparently, yet why did it work before then?
You make me hold for over half hour (once it was 43 minutes!) and it was an overseas call - expect my phone bill.
A repurchase request takes more then five working days to clear???
Horrible service and so unhelpful! The person on the line might be helpful, but there is always nothing they can do, all they can do is escalate. And for that, they place you on hold and who pays for the phone call... ME! Or they don't know the answer or need to check something. Then they place you on hold (nothing less than 6 minutes) and the phone call just keeps going.
Will STANLIB be prepared to cover the costs for these phone calls since you take so much "holding" time due to your incompetence???
