Rude and unhelpfull agent

I phoned the call centre to get an update on the repair status of my phone. The agent answered in a very unhelpful voice. She refused to help me because i didn't't have a job number but just the previous day i phoned and they helped me. When i asked her for her name she also refused to give it to me and said i must open my ears she did give it to me in the beginning of the call. I put the phone down and phoned again. I spoke to Pindi witch was very helpful and she gave me the agents name witch was S scharnecj. Pindi helped me with in 2 minutes. Thank you Pindi you are a star.
