Orders wrong on a regular basis

We have been ordering Pizza from Debonairs Goodwood branch every Saturday evening for at least the last 6 months. Over the past 2 months our order is incorrect 5 times out of 10. It is not always the same driver.
Today my order was wrong yet again. I phoned the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was put through to Shamiela. She confirmed that she was the manger on duty. I wanted to speak to the person right at the top, not someone who are likely to cover up mistakes and keep it from the boss.. She was very reluctant to come forth with the info and when I asked her for the name of the owner, she refused to give it. I gave her my name, but she still still refused to give me the name of the owner. I gave her the option of her giving me the name or me lodging a complaint here, She chose the latter.
