Hi

I am so heart broken i dont know what to do anymore, i have endured a lot of pain and heartache. 5 days when my car came back from repairs it broke down angine mounting same area where the car went for fixing and i was told to do a new claim because it a new incident. I questioned the consumer rights on warranty with no luck and i ended up filling a new claim. Now poor service and feeedback asthe person thats dealing with this claim doesnt tell me on the progress i have to go through several agents before i can find her. Last week i found an issue on my policy axcess and i asked her to investigate this she promised to come back to me since now i havent heard from her. I am on a courtesy car and its has ran out and i still dont know the status of this claim issue. Its bad enough that i have to do another claim within a week after i just paid so much axcess to get the car now i have to go through the same pain. What really puts me off is the fact that i get attention after posting a complain on Hello Peter i really question the way Dial Direct service its clients. Someone out there please help i have lost all the energy to follow up on this :(
