The atached e-mail was send to Betty Molusi on the 24 June 2013 and no response was received what so ever. Please see attached e-mail and act accordanly.
I had 2 personal loans with FNB dating back into 2007. All of the are prescribe. No contact was done with me in this regard, to get this loans paid monthly. According to the South African Act 69 of 1969 states: Hence, a creditor who is owed money, or a person who has a legal claim of any other kind, should be acutely aware of the point in time at which prescription started running and should be sure to serve a summons on the debtor before the prescriptive period - usually three years - has gone by. If the creditor fails to do so, then the debt or other claim is extinguished and he forfeits forever the right to compel payment. Further more it states: Myself, Mr. M.D Venter is not liable for any payments to this account according to law, Act 68 of 1969.

I hereby request that FNB take me off the ITC as this loans are prescribe and take it off my portfolio at FNB. I hereby request as well that I receive a letter from FNB before the end of the week, that will be on the 29 June 2013. If I do not receive any info for you in this
