After six calls and an e-mail I am still awaiting Dial Direct to call me back with feedback regarding pay-out of my third party claim.

* The Dial Direct client admitted guilt - she skipped a stop street on 11/10/2013 and crashed into us.
* Dial Direct confirmed that our paperwork was received on 16/10/2013 and in order.
* Dial Direct did the assessment of damage on the vehicle on 21/10/13.
* Dial Direct confirmed that their client's side of the claim was finalised on 01/11/2013.

Since then I have been given the run-around. Consultants are either out, on leave, on sick leave or a new consultant is dealing with the case (3 in total). Each time I am promised that the person dealing with my file will contact me back the next day. On 15/11/2013 and 20/11/2013 I was assured that the file would be sent through to administration and management for approval and that I would be contacted within 24hours with a definite report from management. I am still waiting...

It seems that Dial Direct is deliberately delaying payment. It took 12 working days to finalise the guilty party's side of the claim but it is now 14 working days and counting... to approve the innocent party's claim.
