Disgusted by terrible service

I went to branch to collect my new credit today this was my 5th visit to the branch regarding this card. I called card division spoke to Mathapelo who could not pick up my card she eventually did and gave me the trace number. Today i went to collect the card i was serviced by Adri Struwig she told me she cant give me the card because my ID does not match on the system she treated me like a criminal gave me terrible attitude. Now i have been a customer of my favorite bank for many years this woman humiliated me in front of people. this is not my fault she could not give me service i left the bank without her sorting my query. Can i please get help on this query before i decide to move banks!!!
